The store sells products to companies and private individuals of legal age. These terms of delivery apply to ordering products in our online store. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Ordering
Products are ordered in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the clarification of ambiguities arising in it, unless specifically stated otherwise. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.
Product reservation and reservation fee
For some products, Desinkki offers its customers the opportunity to reserve the product for a reservation fee. After the customer has paid the reservation fee, the product will be removed from sale for the agreed time. The reservation fee is deducted from the price of the product at the time of purchase.
If the reservation time limit is reached and the customer has not redeemed their reservation, Desinkki will list the product for sale again and withhold the reservation fee.
Payment and payment methods
The payment service is Klarna Checkout, through which the payment options are invoice, partial payment, card payment and online bank payments.
By providing information at checkout, you accept the terms and conditions of Klarna AB (Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm). By pressing the "Buy" button, you agree to Desinkki's general terms and conditions.
Order and payment confirmation
When we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail, which will show your order information. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation if you have to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and costs
Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. We present an estimate of the future delivery costs in the shopping cart according to the primary delivery method in use. You can see the exact delivery costs after choosing the payment and delivery methods you want for your order. The delivery methods in use depend on the contents of the shopping basket and the combined weight. You can choose from the delivery methods in use at the checkout the option that suits you best, in connection with which the exact delivery cost is shown. If possible, the products are unpacked for mailing.
Collection from the store or our warehouse is always free, the collection time must be agreed with our customer service.
If pickup has been selected for the delivery of the purchased product, the product must be picked up within 14 days of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
For products not picked up after 14 days, Desinkki charges a storage fee of €25/starting week.
Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. If we are aware of delays in the delivery of the order, we will notify you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, such as strikes, or indirect damages caused by delays. The online store informs about unusual delivery times on its website.
Return conditions
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.
To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to product price, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
Unclaimed package
Non-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation. We charge delivery costs for unclaimed packages.
Problem situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error in writing to Desinkki's customer service within 14 days at the latest. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of your chosen delivery method.
